When integrating with your AWS, Azure, GCP, or GitHub infrastructure, our platform utilizes read-only, ephemeral probes mathematically restricted to metadata extraction. We do not ingress, index, or parse your proprietary source code, customer databases, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) located inside your cloud boundary.
To provide automated SOC2 and ISO 42001 evidence matrices, we collect the following infrastructure metadata directly via API:
Service Account Keys, Azure Client Secrets, and GitHub Personal Access Tokens are encrypted symmetrically via AES-256 natively at rest and are completely unreadable by standard platform administrators.
AI Trust OS relies on third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, specifically for generating Compliance Output artifacts within our Agentic Marketing and Policy engines. Your infrastructure telemetry data is never utilized to train these external foundational models. We strictly enforce enterprise zero-retention API boundaries with all LLM vendors.
Under global privacy frameworks including GDPR (Article 17) and the CCPA, you retain the uncompromising right to request complete data erasure. Because our architecture continuously overwrites ephemeral telemetry logs, disconnecting your Cloud Integration natively purges your mapped resource tables from our active caching layers within 24 hours.
